Experience Sarawak’s traditional indigenous food with a homestay in a Bidayuh village about 30km away from Kuching. Visitors will stay in Sadir, renowned for its wildlife and waterfalls. They will forage for ferns, roots and shoots in the early morning as they trek through the Sarawak rainforest and learn about indigenous agriculture and land use. With host Saloma, they will cook up local recipes from whatever they can find and feast on their efforts.
