Ingredients
1 egg
150 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1 stale wheat bread baguette
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Method of preparation
Separate the milk in a deep plate;
Beat the egg white, add the yolk and continue beating;
In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and heat;
Slice the bread and quickly moisten each slice in the milk and then dip in the beaten egg mixture and fry immediately until golden on one side, turn over and finish browning on the other side.
Remove from the pan and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
