Mérida Gastro
Recognize the talent and work of chefs and entrepreneurs from the city of Mérida who have established gastronomic businesses in other parts of the world or the work of people from other states and countries that offer Yucatecan gastronomy in their home societies.
Expected outcomes: At least one more restaurant to be awarded in 2024.
