This project seeks to keep the life and economy of the beautiful and traditional Ermita neighbourhood active, through an open-air market exposition of the typical and traditional panucho, an important dish of the yucatecan gastronomy.
Expected outcomes: This event was born in 2019, from the request of the citizens who live in the "Barrio de la Ermita" (Ermita neighbourhood).
Currently it has been held twice with the participation of tens of thousands of people with an important economic spillover during the event.

Partners: Government, Private sector and other partners.
