Make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
Bring to the tourism sector as a whole that they can and should use the UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy seal, as it is an achievement for the municipality due to its recognition for its gastronomy.
Expected outcomes: Promote the inclusion of entities, institutions, companies, so that they can engage and be part of this achievement of recognition as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, with training, technical missions, visits, and bringing producers closer to the food away from home sector.
Target Audience: Residents, Private sector and Visitors.
Parters: Government, NGOs and Private sector.
