Project with the aim of developing the potential of the gastronomic routes that exist within Florianópolis and stimulating work collectively, where several bars and restaurants come together in search of improving their revenue, but thinking collectively.
Expected outcomes: Project for the construction and organization of Via Gastronomica in Florianópolis, with training of restaurants to be managers and executors of joint activities to promote and strengthen the route.
Target Audience: Residents, private sector and visitors.
Partners: NGOs and private sector.
